Started the day by going along to the pool to see Lewis in his swimming lesson. What fun he had. He laughed and smiled for the whole time. As soon as he got the arm bands on he swam away from Kelly and she had to retrieve him several times.

The rest of the day went downhill. Took a  pile of pills and went to sleep. Have woken , will eat, then go back to sleep.
