Ther's nothing more satisfying than knocking walls down, I haven't enjoyed a bit of demolition for many years now, but that's what we did today!
We had a partition wall behind an old log burner which didn't throw out any heat, so that went a few years ago. Then it was time for the partition wall. It's a huge waste of space, with a lot of dead space over the window, so Mr F took a sledgehammer to it!
The big silver chimney also went, and was sealed at roof level, and we'll finish the other bit tomorrow.
