Alternative flower on Friday

After last night's shambles, we all (with the exception of Mr MC who was workbound) woke a little later than usual. This was the first day without the decorator arriving for 3 weeks as he finished yesterday, while we were out.  He is great at clearing up but does not, of course replace all the furniture so the house still looked like a junk yard.
On Fridays, the lovely J comes to help me with the cleaning and we managed to get some things back onto place, but the rest will have to wait for Mr MC and the Son to do at the weekend.

Violet and I enjoyed the usual Tumble Tots session this morning.  I say 'enjoyed': it's like a workout for me and no doubt doing me good but...I'm exhausted afterwards!
This afternoon, we relaxed a little, watching Cbeebies and doing a little colouring and 'writing'.  My blip is not great quality to be sure, but I did want to capture Violet's capable little hands holding her pencils so carefully.  In extras, a pensive Violet watching 'Mr Tumble'
Absolutely no time to photograph real flowers today, that will have to wait until the weekend!
