Gin club

I usually hate being in the office all day, with no school visits or meetings to break it up. However, today I was very glad to be in the office all day - such a grey, windy rainy day outside. Grateful for the warmth and snugness of the office and hugging cups of tea. Made good progress on some work projects too which makes an office day seem even more satisfying.

Gin club after work with Lucy (ok, ok, it was only me on the gin). I'm trying to get acquainted with a wider variety of gins. Today was Sipsmith with a bit of orange rind. Completely delicious. Topics up for discussion tonight: Trump, yoga, feminism, babies, France, health and families. So grateful for the incredible women in my life who challenge my thinking and inspire me towards deeper thought. Grateful tonight for Lovely Lucy.
