A Cousin's Collection

Dear Diary,

All my cousins, whom I'm very close to, collect things.  Some, like me, have tapered off in recent years, there is only so much room in a house!  A while back I thought it would be fun to do a small grouping, one from each cousin, from their collections.  This hangs in my television room.  Now, I feel that they are always with me in a small way.  I am a sentimental old sod!

My most wonderful memories growing up are with my cousins.  It is their mother, my dear Auntie, whose tree is planted behind my house.  We have stayed closed all these years.  We joke about someday buying a house where we all could live together in our declining years.  Personally, I think it is a wonderful idea!
