Pie and roofs

Another beautiful day, sunny and blue skies. My sweetie had his first rowing session in the tank for the season as the docks have now come out of the water for the winter. When he got home we did a few chores and he decided to tackle mastering the making of pastry. Once he found out what a food processor was (do we have one?) he was well on his way. The photo is the end result with a lemon curd and fresh blueberry filling and a cookie crumble topping ( i was in charge of the filling). I spent 2 hrs in the late afternoon at an introduction party for the new Zumba Strong classes that will roll out in January .... yup 2 hrs of zumba. And we finished iff the reroofing of the garage.
