Poppy Day

I've had a lovely day in Brighton with Chloe a  lady who is currently undergoing chemo for Breast Cancer.  We met via an internet based group for people who have or have had BC, and as she lives in Worthing, we said we'd meet up.  She got the train and I met her at the station, then we walked down to the beach and sat in the sun at the Bandstand Cafe where we had a glass of wine and a bite to eat.  

On my way home, I stopped off in Rottingdean to see Elif. She's dressed her shop window with poppies and made this lovely red dress especially for Poppy Day.  - you may remember the dress she did last year.

Anyway, its Friday night.  We're going to friends for a Thai takeaway.  Hope you have a good one!
