The glass is the thing

Our local pub used to be a lovely place to hang out but served rubbish wine. Fortunately it has had a make over and it now serves very lovely wine in very lovely glasses. Doubly fortunate the makeover was just a lick of paint and some new chairs so remains a lovely place to hang out. And every now and then we remember that we have kids old enough to leave on their own whilst we nip out for a civilised end of day catch up.

It was another full on day of work for me with a brief table tennis interlude and a slightly longer collecting Anna one. And ended with a quite hilarious viewing of The Apprentice with Jackson. Carl can't cope with it so he hid in the kitchen.
