Lazyish day

After yesterday I wanted a break today. It was Brian's turn to get Jae off to work so I got a good lie-in and didn't do a lot before midday! 

Then we went out for a walk to uphill Lincoln to take photos. The weather was damp, drizzly and dull but it wasn't too bad with hat and gloves on and hood up! I took this shot of the statue of Tennyson by the Cathedral. I have Blipped it before I think.

We had lunch at the Adam and Eve pub (I had chilli and a lovely salad!) washed down with a pint of beer. We walked up to the Cardinal's Hat for another before getting a bit of shopping and coming home. 

A night of TV and sofa and maybe another beer or two is in order!
