Big clouds

I hardly had a heart for taking photographs today. When we woke up this morning, the counting was just starting and after some initial good news everything went to pot quickly. And now the world is facing years of that extraordinary man as the supposed "leader of the free world". I think that title should be given to Justin Trudeau or Angela Merkel.

As they might say "Trump means Trump". For at least four years.

I did at least manage 3 swims. And made good progress on my book (which being East West Street puts recent events into context). And I've also put up a couple of extras. One shows the lengths to which the hotel go to keep the beach clean and tidy for our enjoyment, and the other shows our afternoon beverage of choice.
