Paradisical

After travelling from Penang to Langkawi on a lunchtime flight (see extra for men at work in the airport - "how many Malaysians does it take to change a lightbulb, etc. etc."), we were whisked in a pre-arranged hotel car to what seems to be paradise. A swim in the sea, a laze in the bar, and dinner right on the water's edge later, we can confirm that this is true. We are truly lucky to be able to spend a few days here. And we are particularly happy to have made the decision to upgrade our room to give us a sea view.
