Mono Monday: Hot ~ Combustible Material

The Health and Safety department were involved in today's blip as it involved highly combustible materials.  Having filled in the risk assessment, readied the extinguisher and buckets of water I set up the camera at a safe distance.  Then, donning protective gloves I removed a single chilli from the deep freeze (where it is stored to keep it below critical temperature) and placed it on a sheet of paper.  Bare seconds later the paper was ablaze, and parts of the chilli were still covered in frost ... dangerous, very dangerous. 

Needless to say, this looked rather good in colour ;-)
