Derelict Sunday - High Tied

A post-Sunday lunch walk with Greg and Catherine took us along the river, where I came across this sad fellow. His owner clearly forgot one of the more important rules on tying off - make sure there is sufficient length for the rise and fall of the tides... I wonder if they'll ever come back to claim their poor little cruiser? Is the embarrassment too great...?
