Ink Caps

Enjoyed our evening out at the Pride of Malton and Norton 2016 charity dinner last night. It was in aid of two excellent charities set up in memory of two young men who lost their lives in tragic circumstances.

Woke up to heavy rain and strong winds so opted for another local walk. Despite my husband's scepticism I was hopefu of spotted some Ink Caps. Imagine his surprise when we spotted a whole bank full of them! The extras show the bank and another favourite of mine some knobbly roots in amongst the leaves.
