Beautiful evening in New Haven.

Had a lovely meal out with hubby, sister and her chap. Went to the port of siam in Newhaven. It's been a beautiful day in Edinburgh today and evening just as nice.

Been super busy week at work and at home with visitors all week - 3 sets in all.

I also completed my 6 week gym programme with fantastic results - 21 cm gone from my measurements. 4 kg lost. 2.5% fat gone and 1.5% muscle increase. Whoop whoop.
