Beautiful Buildings of Krakow

On Tuesday, 1st of November, it was All Saints Day, and so most tourist attractions and shops were closed.  Restaurants were mainly open, but there were far fewer tourists around.  This was good for us, as we took a mini-tour of the city in an electric buggy, and saw far more than we normally would have been able to. 

I lost count of the palaces, castles, and churches, and to be honest their beauty all merged into one impression of fantastic and impressive design. As church after church was seen, photographed, and remarked upon, I actually started to get a bit blasé about them. 

However the little while we spent in the old Ghetto will always remain with me. No way to be blasé about the streets where so many people suffered.
