Grandparents' Day

Today was Grandparents' Day at Elliott's Nursery School!  It was so much fun to visit and to watch him interacting with his little friends and his teachers.  Here he is, showing Poppy a tray full of different sorts of sports equipment.   We also played outside in the playground for quite a while, and I was amazed at how easily and confidently Elliott scaled ladders up to slides, and swung from the monkey bars. 

Elliott's other grandparents also came -- they drove 6 hours from their home just to see him! -- and after school was over at 11:30, we all went out for a delicious lunch.  Such a wonderful time!
