The End
So this is it for pottery class.
Linda left yesterday for New Brunswick.
I hope her and Terry hit it off and she is finds happiness.
I hope I find a new place to make pottery that is as wonderful as this experience was.
This is all the stuff I've made.
Except a bowl I gave my brother.
And a bowl I gave my friend Donna.
And some things I have hidden away for Christmas prizes for my son.
And there's me in the teapot....let's call that a self portrait:)
I decided on sepia simply to save you all from the horror. The glazes we used this last time were store bought rather than ones Linda mixed herself. The guy in the store told her to put the glaze on sparingly...so we did!! Putrid yellow and puke green!!! So although I am forced to look at them...I will spare all you innocent blip bystanders!! (One woman in the class didn't listen and really globbed it on....hers was beautiful)
There was no buses today because of our big severe storm!! Give me a break!
Are we not in Canada? Can we not handle a little blowing snow?
Then all our customers at Pinecroft cancelled too! Except for 7 women from Fanshawe College.
Tomorrow's another day:)
