Deluge

You can't see the rain, but it's falling heavily here. And it got worse, just as we made the wrong decision to go out and play golf.

We got soaked, watched a thunderstorm from the shelter of a hut, and discussed whether the gap in seconds between a flash of lightning and a peal of thunder was an accurate device for measuring the proximity of the storm.

The sun came out again and we dried off. Then trundled on our way with steam coming off our wet clothing.
