Jack Frost .....

A chilly start followed by sunshine for most of the day. Spent the morning packing up the mobile grain dryer and greasing all the pto shafts and bearings. The only down side was that it wouldn't fit in the shed as too high, so it is in another shed for now. Once I need the shed for cows it will need to find another home.
Took a load of cull ewes up to the mart at Stirling for tomorrow's sale. Not a bad run up apart from 3 different clowns in cars doing 50 mph on the motorway. Just slow enough to hold me up, but fast enough for me not to get past without a down hill run up. At which point they speed up ! A few sweary words were used. Even the lorries were being held up by them. Also managed to avoid a large length of timber in the middle of the 2 lanes coming home. Good job the collie had her seat belt on .
