A Wise Move

We had a lovely foray today - a lovely spot, glorious weather and some interesting finds. I dropped off a friend afterwards then as twilight was approaching, something told me it was a good time to go and look for the Barn Owl that is sometimes seen hunting in the fields near our house. It was a good call. I was delighted that it flew right over to have a close look at me!
