Fright Night

Chain saws, screams, fog machines.  Pirates, ghouls and goblins, ballerinas and football players.  Dinosaurs, jelly beans, lollipops.  Families going house to house and walking through scary scenes.  

I did go back to the downtown area tonight, for the first time alone, but my friend was volunteering as Norma Bates of Psycho fame in the "Haunted House" so I visited with her and joined in the celebration.  Many fun memories with the children and later just Jon and I.  He was working this evening but the atmosphere was one of fun and sharing.
