New well just dug

Seems we regularly have a few non Malawians taking a trip to see what we are doing. This is a new well with the bricks ready for building. We take a trip at this stage and bring some cement to make the mortar to build the bricks.
It should be ready for a pump in a day or two.
On the right are the village women who have brought their washing.
It is important that the washing water is kept away from the well!!
