Oats biscuits

Gluten free.

C had an early  doctor's appointment, whereafter we had breakfast at John Lewis before looking at their washing machines and diswashers. Then off to Hughes to cancel our hire contract and buy a washing machine & dishwasher. On the way home we stopped at Sainsburys for fruit & milk.

In the afternoon C baked the above from a recipe we got in the cafe. He  replaced the flour with rice flour & it worked.

Had a spatchcock poussin, sweet potato edges and marrow with blue cheese for supper.
