Pole Star and Cara Island from A'Chlèit

13.4C with a wet start then dry and mostly dull. Flat light. Light WSW/SW/W/SSE breeze.

Apothecary7's day off. Since it was wet to start with and misty we had the morning at home. Apothecary7 did some work on her current painting.

We went to Glenbarr for lunch and on the way stopped at the farm stall at Bellochantuy for local eggs and shortbread which wasn't in the shape of pigs today, but bats and cats instead. I took a fancy to pot of their Strawberry jam so we got that too.

Very good lunch of a curried Pumpkin and Butternut Squash Soup, follow by tea and cake.

The we went and had a wander on the little beach at A'Chlèit with Maeve the Deerhound.

We came home at some time or another in the afternoon.
