Comfort

Firstly, can I say thank you to everyone for their kindness and consideration over the last few days. I'm struggling with being bothered to take photos, or do much at all to be honest.

But, I'm very aware that I mustn't do nothing at all or I'll leave space for that other black dog to get in so I'm keeping occupied.  

This day, Wednesday (backblip), was the hardest evening as it was the first that I had no plans and was completely home alone all evening. 

I've been wearing this pendant a lot as it always reminded me of Stella and was from a friend that knows only too well that lady-labrador bond. Some of you will know her as the amazing former blipper Subjunctive, and on Wednesday her blog was dedicated to me with an eerily Stella-like painting...the pose, the posture, just so Stella. It made me cry of course but it made me feel comforted too.

So much love and care has been coming this way and I'm immensely grateful for every ounce of it. It gives me strength.
