turn around
A grey misty day. The wind coming in from the east off the cold North Sea, and hitting the warm(ish) land.
Bet the rest of Scottieland is bathed in sunshine. The wind has been out of the east (mostly) for months. The "prevailing" wind is supposed to be west/southwest.
The Blip is Kirkcaldy Harbour. The east end. The commercial end. The west end is more colourful. The sun helps.
west
It was stone dead as far as commercial activity goes until a few months back. Then the flour mill started to bring in grain by ship. This was such a success (subsidised, but then so is road transport) that they've announced bigger and better plans to use the harbour for the future.
A local success story.
