Last anemone standing ......

....... in the walled garden in King's Park. The formal beds have been cleared ready for the winter planting of pansies (possibly) but this last Japanese Anemone is growing among some shrubs near the gate in a rather less cultivated area.

It's been another lovely day, especially the morning when we had sunshine and blue skies. I decided to cut the grass this afternoon. It was a bit damp but I don't think it will dry out now so that's it the last cut for 2016.
