Dawyck House

I went to Dawyck Botanic Gardens with G today, with lunch before, and tea and cake after, our wanderings around the gardens. We simply followed the the autumn colours which would have been spectacular with some sun on them, but were still pretty good without we thought. Dawyck House is privately owned, but there was no one to object to me photographing it.

The extra photos show some more autumn colours and also some lichen - Dawyck is great for lichen as well as trees. G provides some useful scale in one of the photos - the trees are tall!
