When

Mummy is drowning in a sea of costumes and had commandeered the piano stool to put one of the sewing machines on, you have to make do and practise your exam pieces stood up. True dedication!

I am enjoying the costume making, i have learnt a lot about a beautiful new pattern I have for tutus, but I have been working hard. Tonight her friends took her to swimming for me as I couldn't manage it. I haven't really worked out how I am going to fit in the remaining jobs for her birthday. Not sleeping much Thursday is looking likely.

Funny incident that needs diarying. Piece of information for this story- we live in a flat, the bathroom is right next to our bedrooms. I had put her to bed as normal about 7. She appeared in the lounge about 9 and walked to our porch door. I asked her what she was doing. She looked at me like I was totally stupid - "I'm going to the toilet!" I gently reminded her it wasn't that way. "But I am going to the toilet!" She did eventually allow me to guide her to the toilet. Funnily enough, I had to stop writing this because she appeared again tonight. I directed her to the bathroom after a snuggle. She got back in to bed then started sobbing for monkey. I found him in the hall. She got quite angry that I had put him there. Because of course she absolutely didn't do that!
