October Snow

We woke up yesterday to cold, cloudy and rainy with 40 degree temp..the wind blew in some lower temps and by 9am it was snowing really heavily!  We ended up with about 2 inches by late afternoon when the clouds cleared away.

I like snow but this snow was so wet and yucky..mostly made mud!  But it was really pretty to look at with the yellow leaves still on the some of the aspens and cottonwoods!
