Last day in the sunshine

So this morning we got up and had a little walk around it was nice and quiet don't think the Spanish get up early.

We went in a department store which I think is similar to our house of Fraser we went right to the top which was about 10 floors up and found an amazing food court and cocktail bar, they had everything you could think of to eat we decided on Mexican and it was yummy followed by a nice cocktail with views over the city.

After lunch we decided we wanted to chill so bought a blanket and headed to the park. This was a great park it had a massive lake with a couple of bars and restaurants surrounding it and then lost of places to just chill. We decided to hire a rowing boat for 45 mins around the lake which was great and then headed for a nice cold cocktail before taking a nap in the sunshine, perfect Sunday afternoon.

In the evening we went out for our last Spanish meal and had to go back to Santa Ana square we tried and different restaurant and we were not disappointed.

Up early the next morning for our flight back home, but Madrid was fabulous and would love to return.
