Day 2 Madrid

So today we were up early to go on a tour of Madrid by Segway! I have done this is a few places as sightseeing and feel you see so much more than the sight seeing buses.

We weren't disappointed our gudie was brilliant told us all the good places to go and some history about the amazing building we saw. He took us to a lovely square and said all the restaurants in the square are amazing and very popular in an evening so that was dinner for that night sorted.

After the Segway tour we headed to Real Madrid football ground and had a tour of it, can't say I'm a big football fan but it was impressive.

In the evening we headed to Santa Ana square the recomendation from our tour guide and had tapas and more sangria, the tapas was amazing! We then headed to the rooftop bar in the most expensive hotel in Madrid it was lovely with views over Madrid but impossible to get served so only stayed for one and moved on to a few more bars before heading back to our hotel in the early hours!
