Let's try something tricky today!

I have promised to make a birthday cake for a friend, and so I have decided to make life difficult and learn to make buttercream roses to decorate it!
By coincidence I had the right icing nozzle in the drawer, one of those that you always wonder what it is for. Enlightened by YouTube I had a go today and I think I understand the idea. Needs a little more practice though!
