Feeling very fortunate

It was a bit delayed but today there was a lunch to mark my retirement from the law school.
There was a very flattering speech from my old boss (as you might expect) and I got to say a few words in response. The potted version was how lucky I have been to have studied and worked with such a great bunch of folk.
The lunch was great, didn't consume too much wine and left with flowers and gifts.
I think that's the last retirement party.
