Goodbye blue skies (Day 519)

Today started much earlier than of late, and as I was wandering the dogs up the hill, there was only the merest hint of colour along the horizon. There was a fairly heavy blanket of cloud so there was no repeat of recent spectacular sunrises.
There was a little time for coffee with my beautiful wife before she headed off to an early appointment, and I was soon off in the other direction to do my first proper job since I wrecked my arm. It was a pretty simple job, which went as well as can be expected and the customer has asked for a quote to re-do their bathroom.
I headed to Mum and Dad's afterwards to help with the construction of various wind breaks in the garden. There was quite a lot of sawing, drilling, screwing and hammering to be done, and consequently my arm is feeling a bit useless now.
Construction paused for a little while for lunch and a walk at Warebeth with HV and the dogs. As we walked along the shore the Pharos was heading out of Hoy Sound, off to fix some buoys on the west coast.
