My model

She woke at 5. I forgave her as she made me tea. She then danced and stretched in her room as I sewed. I'm making a competition tutu for her friend and she got tested it for me so I could tack the appliqué to give her buddy a bit of the effect. Katie obliged almost willingly to standing, having me sew and pin- partly because it's beautifully soft velvet!

I took her out for a 3mile run as we couldn't do Park Run this week. We visited the cows and did some trail running. Somehow we managed to fit in a bit of piano before leaving for the morning.

She had coaching for her festival dances today. I was a bit surprised to see how shy she went with her song and dance. We were over that but today it came back. It only happens in rehearsals, where the audience is very close to her. She's fab on stage! They missed a bit of class whilst one of the teachers worked on their duet with them but then enjoyed modern and ballet.

We've brought balletbaby home with us for the weekend. We stopped home for Katie's party clothes then dropped her off to a minions themed movie and craft party. She had a great time. Friends dropped her home & she's drawing beside me whilst the baby is sparko in the travel cot in Katie's room.
