SILLY ME
kissing a portrait that I had found, and my husband was not amused and angry, in a play by the 17th century, dutch writer W.G.Focqenbroch, De verwarde jalousie, (an adaption of the play by Molière, Sganarelle (1660)). A pererformation at the LAK theater, in 1965, played by students and directed by Annemarie Prins. The little dutch houses at the background were painted by my dear friend Kino. We first played it in Leiden, then in Wageningen for the Stutofes competition where we won, and eventally went to Zagreb, then still Yoguslavia. Long time ago, still great memories.
The day went as usual, working in the garden, walking along the river Diemel, and of course food shopping also part of it. An overcast day, but perfect for a walk in a forest along the river.
