Cactus Kitchens
We arrived to a warm welcome and coffee and croissants. The day's course was fantastic from start to finish. Bridget Colvin is pictured demonstrating a Fougasse as seen on this year's Great British Bake Off's Bread Week.
A lovely mix of demonstrations and practical bread making combined with a light lunch. We staggered out with a sweet and savoury sour dough bread plus a soda bread. Fortunately I was able to share some bread with Stephen who again assisted with bags. Crutches and carrying are rather challenging!
What I did not realise was the cookery school is also the set for Saturday Kitchen and rehearsals were taking place for tomorrow's show. Managed to have a peep into the set after rehearsals.
A brilliant day from start to finish and would recommend the experience to anyone.
