Snowy Owl

I'm not long home from a visit to a falconry where beautiful birds of prey are kept and taken out to be flown so that we can see their amazing agility and flying skills. I shot far too many photos, including a few at the demonstrations but have only taken a look at 5 or 6 so far.
You get this portrait of a gorgeous snowy owl today because of that wonderful plumage and the rather mean look in the eyes. I think I'm glad that I'm not a mouse.
