Closed 'til next year....

The Paddle boats, kayaks, pedal boats and bicycles are all done for the year.....the Lakeside rental has taken down it's "open" sign, and by the end of the weekend all these fun things will be in storage until next year. It would be sad if I didn't love the fall so much, but there are still plenty of things to do outside----all the pumpkin farms are open now, the fall markets are bursting with apples, apple cider, corn stalks and indian corn, and the trees are gradually starting to change color! In fact, we're taking the little one to her very first Pumpkin Farm next week! 
Now, if I could just figure out a way to have fall last until the week before Christmas, then have a week or two of snow, then back to spring, I'd be REALLY happy!! Is that too much to ask for??   :))
