I cannot believe the Olympic games are coming to an end. It has been amazing - I've even watched the boxing!

Looking forward to the closing ceremony and then the Paralympics in about 2 weeks time.

I'm very proud that my son has been one of the 'troops' on duty down there and he will stay on till the end of the Paralympics. It is fair to say that he has been less than enthusiastic about being on duty for long hours all summer but he has got into some of the events at the Excel centre and managed to get himself photographed with Lennox Lewis, Amir Khan and Chris Evans!
