Tiny Tuesday: In the Morning Sun
Although Yellow Jackets are one of my least favorite insects, I have to admit that they are really beautiful. I don't often get a shot of one at rest like this. They're usually buzzing around looking very ominous! There are fewer of them (thank goodness) and those that remain are sluggish. We're supposed to have a hard freeze on Thursday so that should take care of the stragglers. Thanks to Jen for hosting Tiny Tuesday!
Speaking of the hard freeze....we have been lazy about getting our trailer winterized. The water lines need to be blown out so they don't freeze. Luckily, our nephew offered to do it for us when he gets home from work tonight. He is an RV expert and is always willing to help us with ours. Besides, we enjoy spending time with him and his wife. We are going to take the trailer to his house and bring dinner. :-)
Today is the fourth day of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Please click on the pink bar in this LINK to support breast cancer research and offer a free mammogram to someone in need. There is no cost to you.
