Pointing

My bracelet was bright in this morning's sun-between-rainshowers. It's a bracelet of turtles that my sister Becky gave me to wear. She is struggling with her health and has 'slow but steady' as her motto these days. Cancer is in remission, but the maintenance chemo keeps her hemoglobin levels down so she gets occasional blood transfusions. Once her health improves, she'll be able to have a kidney transplant. She keeps going with such amazing spirit; it humbles me and makes me proud of her.
