A slice of Lesley's life

Walk in the Park

Statistically speaking I'd say that covers about 75% of the day, some of it literally. And Albi was a complete superstar. As she was when we started on her trick learning for class. Fortunately I actually read the booklet we were given and so we have 5 weeks to work on something. I hope we haven't peaked too soon.

There were many games of Banagrams for me and J and J and A. And football watching for J and C. And for Anna...bass practise, homework, singing practise and the start of Danish Pastry making. We ran out of time for finishing it off so that will have to carry over tomorrow. There was some splendid Yorkshire Pudding making and the first Sunday Roast of the season.

The 25% was a big Jackson dip. Caused by the balance of the brilliant wanting and being able to do stuff (they were some tough Bananagrams games) and still needing to stop before he wants to.

But he came back and we all ended on an up.

The picture is the ever reliable Chiswick House showing itself off in the autumn sunshine.
