How many fish can you name?
Final bits of Christmas shopping done this evening. Included me going to Marks and Spencer. And fitting into a size 10 dress. Yeah yeah - some cynics will say - M&S do large sizes...but I also bought a top from there and that was a 12 and it was snug?!?!?! But anyway, I don't care - its a size 10, and apart from the 3 month period when I lost about 2 stone due to not being able to eat (seriously - farleys rusks and peppermint tea for 3 months!), I've not been a size 10 since I was in sixth form - which was 17 years ago! Woohoo!
Had a strange day at school ...lots of frivolity and a couple of quite serious moments too...but ended with serious stupidity and lots of laughs at the end of the day
Which leads me to my challenge - I need as many types of FISH as you blippers can name, and if possible, suggestions for 'slipping them in' to conversation
e.g. don't be koi about it, For Cod's sake etc.
Can't even begin to tell you why - except to say that it is a development of the 'song lyric' game that we've been playing at Senior Team for months - except this time its gone to a whole new, wondrously unprofessional level!
End of term tomorrow. De-mob happy.
hair cut and colour (purple slices, maybe some blue as well - because its the holidays and I bloody well can!), then off to watch my colleagues get royally hammered whilst I sip lemonade and take incriminating photos ...ho ho ho...
Merry Christmas! Teehee
PS - Why is it that Ed Balls still has his job? National Assessment Agency is disbanded following the SATS results debarcle - as I understood it, the rules of the DCSF/OFSTED are if the person at the top allows a cock up to occur or fails to demonstrate 'effective leadership' then their heads roll...this is the threat that is sitting over our senior team and hundreds of others in the country because of that bloody man. But apparently, despite presiding over one of the most spectacular cock ups in the recent history of the British Education System, Balls is untouchable. Clearly what is good for the goose is not good for the gander?! Short rant over!
