Asters or Michaelmas daisies

Whatever you call them they do display a bright splash of colour at the end of the harvest and the beginning of autumn, even in the rain!
It wasn't ideal washing weather but it had to be done today.  Some has been tumble dried and the bigger item and the towels are waiting for the sun tomorrow.
