The Blues

Not my first blip of a banded demoiselle, and not for the first time I have to say I think they are the most beautiful creatures. My walk along the canal (the bit we didn't complete last week) also furnished a holly blue (not the most appealing background, or it would have been today's blip of choice) and a blue-tailed damselfly.
It must be summer - I broke out the Cobb barbecue for the second time this week and not only cooked fish kebabs for tea, but threw some woodchips and rosemary on the fire and smoked some salmon. I smell a bit like a smokery.
