Wasps

I found these wasps nests when I was hacking (I don't know how to do pruning) some overgrown rose bushes in the garden.

I had such a good afternoon- I started testing the Matthew translation with a friend then met a household (3 families plus a granny) of refugees living in the unfinished basement of this friend's house. I love meeting new people and they were very welcoming so I hope to go back soon and get to know them better. There were lots of children living there- including 5 little ones with no father- he got taken by da-esh and they don't know what happened to him. I was so impressed by their skill in putting together a home out of nothing and their dignity and contentment. I have so much to learn from these people.
