Fingers Crossed...

that the weather improves in the next few days. For a week from Saturday I am a volunteer for the local Tulip Fest, which although small by international standards is still big for us.  Our council gardeners do a magnificent job with the gardens in town but the very wet past couple of weeks is proving to be a challenge for them.  I checked out the Government Gardens today  and while some of the other plants have suffered most of the tulips are looking good although we have thunder and heavy rain as I type.
